Disallowing view if not logged in

Hi there,

Do I understand correctly that disabling the Calendar (view) for "Public" will prevent any visibility on the group/region calendars without being logged in?

Yes, if you want to serve a closed group of registered accounts only.
TeamCal Neo is free for private use but requires licensing for use in a commercial environment:
