Hello George,

thank you for the new teamcal neo.

I just install team cal neo and i have error message on the installation.
After click on start i have: print screen 1
i delete the file installation.php and click start and the second message prin screen 2
i modify in the config ['APP_INSTALLED'] to 0 is already 0.

i test with the previous build i have the same error.

I have install the build on my syno.

I have forget something?

Hello,

after the test i have a message error print screen 1
if i change the password root mysql "no password" print screen 2 is work print screen 3
Change root after with password, and again dont work.
During installation test the connection with mysql is work.

Can you help me for the problem?

now is work

i have modify 2 files.
first delete installation.php
after modify de config folder config.app.php "APP_INSTALLED',"1")"
and the file config.db.php during the installation the username for me is not root and is not save default in the config file
$CONF['db_server'] = "localhost";
$CONF['db_name'] = "tcneo";
$CONF['db_user'] = "root";
$CONF['db_pass'] = "";
$CONF['db_table_prefix'] = "tcneo_";

i modify the config file and is work now

Hi Brian,
apologies for my late reply.
Glad to hear that you figured out the configuration files.
The TCP import error makes me believe that your TCP tables cannot be read. Are you sure you entered the correct database and table prefix info?

yes the information is correct.

But my Prefix is not correct.
My Prefix is my_tc_

Hello,

i have a another problem.
I edit the user and update user, i have error on screen but the update is work.

See the print screen.

PS i have the same message for Groups and is not possible for delete the users defaults

Hi Bruno,
for the TCP import, please enter "my_tc_" in the TeamCal Pro Database Table Prefix text field.
