Is it possible to set "Symbol" 2or3 characters?
Is is possible to view Symbol in calendar viewer not Icon?
Can I set "order by" in calndar viewer?
Is it possible to export to pdf?

the symbols is one character only.
You can display the symbol in the calendar if you do not set an icon for the absence type.
The calender view lists the users by alphabet. You can order by group to separate the groups from each other.
There is no applcation PDF export feature. You can use HTML print and route it to a PDF printer/module.
