Login issue, not able to login...

The popup with the login fields comes up, I enter the user and password, but still the login doesn't work. It states the following message; You are not logged in. Login is required to view and edit data.

I saw there was a topic about a similar problem posted 2 years ago, witch regarded cookies in IE and firefox. I have tried the sollutions posted there.

We have tried 3-4 different computers from differend places. We have tried firefox (version 3.0.7) and IE7. No difference.

First one guy had problem to login but it worked at 2 other places. Today none of us can login.

TeamCal version is 3.1.005.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

the only reason I can think of is a cookie issue. That's what Tcpro checks to determine your login status. Did you try to delete all cookies form the Tcpro domain and try a fresh login?
